Tell the Boss Terms and Conditions
- The Tell your boss promotion is only available to all TPP clients or anyone that has dealt with TPP Internet in the recent past.
- All required details must be legitimately provided in order to be eligible to receive the monthly drawn prize.
- The monthly prize will be randomly selected during the last week of each month and the winner will be notified by email or phone within a week of the draw. Prizes will then be sent out the following month.
- The prize includes 6 mixed bottles of wine or 2 Hoyts double movies passes gift vouchers to be mailed to the winner. This prize may be altered at any time at the discretion of TPP Internet.
- Each company is only be eligible to win one monthly prize, after which additional feedback submissions will be gratefully accepted but will not be part of this promotion.

- TPP Internet reserves the rights to suspend withdraw amend or recommence this promotion at any given time without notice.

Brand Protection Terms and Conditions
- Applicants must be eligible to register domain names in line with each domain space policy (see domain name policy.)
- TPP Internet cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name and cannot be held responsible if a domain name is registered to another party between checking availability and ordering a domain.

Free Domain Name Registration Promotion
To receive a free domain name, clients must purchase one of the eligible virtual hosting packages (Business Email Hosting, Advanced Email Hosting, Premium Email Hosting, Business Web Hosting, Advanced Web Hosting, Premium Web Hosting) between November 10 2008 and December 31 2008. This offer is not applicable for free hosting products (including URL Forwarding or DNS Hosting), Hosted Exchange or Dedicated Hosting.
This offer is strictly limited to new domain name registrations and domain renewals, and is not available for transfers. Clients with existing hosting services are only eligible for this promotion if they renew their hosting products for at least one year before December 31 2008.
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, or promotion that TPP Internet may offer from time to time.
The free domain name will be registered for the minimum term available for the domain name extension. When the registered domain name is due for renewal after the minimum term expired, the full price for the domain becomes payable if the customer chooses to renew.
This offer is available for all domain extensions that TPP Internet offers, however if a domain name requires a local admin contact, the client is responsible for payment of local admin contact fees. In addition, from time to time TPP Internet participates in the launch of new domain name types. Such releases of new domain names, e.g. .ASIA, are not available as part of this promotion.
Free Trial Hosting Promotion
Once a Free Hosting Trial has been accepted for a domain name, TPP Internet will create an invoice for a further 12 month period for the trialed product. A customer may pay this invoice at any point during the 30 day trial period if they elect to continue the hosting service. If the invoice remains unpaid at the end of the 30 day period, the hosting service will be suspended; all data associated with the hosting product will be removed from the server after a further 30 days. TPP Internet is not responsible for any data loss as a result of these terms and conditions.
The Free Hosting Trial is limited to 30 days, and can only be ordered once per domain name per 12 month period. The free hosting trial is not available for TPP Internet’s Dedicated Hosting, Footprint Hosting or Hosted Exchange 2007 products.
The Free Hosting Trial is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that TPP Internet may have available. TPP Internet reserves the right to revoke the Free Hosting Trial promotion at any time.
In accepting a Free Hosting Trial, customers agree to be bound by TPP Internet’s Shared Hosting Terms and Conditions. In addition to this, TPP Internet has the sole discretion to revoke any free hosting trial at any time.
1,000 Free Ads Promotion
- Once the 1,000 Free Ads promotion has been accepted, TPP Internet/ Hot Goanna contacts the customer within the next business day to set up a campaign. Once the 1,000 ads have been used up, TPP Internet/ Hot Goanna reserves the right to contact the customer to follow up the success of the campaign. The 1,000 Free Ads promotion is limited to 1,000 ads, shown as impressions on Google, and will end once the 1,000 ads have been displayed.
- The 1,000 Free Ads promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that TPP Internet or Hot Goanna may have available. TPP Internet and Hot Goanna reserve the right to revoke the 1,000 Free Ads promotion at any time. In addition to this, TPP Internet or Hot Goanna has the sole discretion to revoke any 1,000 Free Ads promotion at any time.
- When the customer decides to sign up for our Online Marketing services after the trial, the full set-up fee and ongoing costs, such as ad spend and management fee, become payable.
- The 1,000 Free Ads promotion promotion is only available for new Online Marketing accounts.
Free Website Builder Promotion
A free Business Card Website Builder is available for all clients who purchase one of the eligible virtual hosting packages (Business Email Hosting, Advanced Email Hosting, Premium Email Hosting, Business Web Hosting, Advanced Web Hosting, Premium Web Hosting) between April 1 2008 and June 30 2008. This offer is not applicable for free hosting products (including URL Forwarding or DNS Hosting), Dedicated Hosting or Website Builder renewals.
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, or promotion that TPP Internet may offer from time to time.
$1 Setup Fee for Broadband Promotion
The $1 set up fee is only available for new broadband services ordered and paid for prior to 31 May 2008. If a customer is locked into an existing contract with another supplier, this offer may be reserved by the customer up until 31 October 2008, by sending an email to sales@tppinternet.com.
Upon order, the $1 set up fee will be charged, plus GST. The set up fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
This offer is only available for new unique services, and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
TPP Internet is not liable for hardware, early termination fee, incorrect call out fee, order cancellation fee, monthly charges or any other fees and charges that may result from cancellation of an existing contract through another supplier.
These terms and conditions must be read and interpreted as part of the general broadband terms and conditions.
Bundling Discounts
Bundling Discounts are only available for direct customers, for products billed monthly under the same client account. Bundling discounts are not applicable for products ordered under different client accounts. The discount is applied to the Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) element and does not include one-off or usage based charges.
Bundling discounts are only applicable for new product orders (with the exception of a domain name). Bundling discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless specified otherwise.
Bundling discounts are applied to the product categories of Email & Website Hosting, Online Marketing and Broadband. Whilst domain names do not attract a bundling discount for a domain name, they do count towards the number of products in a bundle.
Discounts will be applied as per the below table; the maximum discount available for bundling discounts is 15%.

Upon placing an order and accepting the offer, clients will be entitled to an additional two (2) months free hosting, giving them a total of fourteen (14) months subscription.
This offer is not applicable for free hosting products (including URL Forwarding or DNS Hosting) or Dedicated Hosting. This offer is only available for retail clients and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Website Offer
The website package includes a one page website (landing page) designed by a professional web designer, free Search Engine Submission, and eighteen (18) months Business Web & Email Hosting. The total package cost is $449 + GST. This offer is valid for orders between March 19 2009 and May 31 2009.
The customer must provide his/ her own domain name. The domain can, but does not have to be registered with TPP Internet. When a landing page is ordered by the customer, TPP Internet will host the landing page on behalf of the customer for eighteen (18) months.
To complete the order of a landing page, customers are required to supply their own website content, choose a template and provide any images and company logos they want to publish.
Once TPP Internet receives the content along with any images and company logos, we will email the customer a link to their website within 48 hours. The customer receives the initial draft for the landing page and is entitled to one alteration free of charge.
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, or promotion that TPP Internet may offer from time to time.
Free Set-up Fee Promotion
To take advantage of this offer, clients must sign up for one of the eligible Online Marketing Services (Business Online Marketing, Advanced Online Marketing, or Premium Online Marketing) between November 27 2008 and December 31 2008. The set-up fee will be discounted from the initial invoice.
This offer is strictly limited to new contracts, and is not available for existing customers. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, or promotion that TPP Internet may offer from time to time.
Holiday Voucher with Hosting
The standard hosting Terms and Conditions apply.
The holiday vouchers are only available for annual hosting services, and will be made available via email as soon as payment has been submitted.
Customers who sign up for an annual Business Email Hosting, Advanced Email Hosting, or Premium Email Hosting service will receive a travel voucher worth $250.
Customers who sign up for an annual Business Web Hosting, Advanced Web Hosting, or Premium Web Hosting service will receive a travel voucher worth $500.

To receive a free hosting product, clients must purchase five of the eligible virtual hosting packages (Business Email Hosting, Advanced Email Hosting, Premium Email Hosting, Business Web Hosting, Advanced Web Hosting, Premium Web Hosting) between April 1 2009 and April 30 2009. The sixth product must be purchased in April or by May 31.
This offer is only available to TPP Internet Reseller clients.
This offer is not applicable for free hosting products (including URL Forwarding or DNS Hosting), Hosted Exchange or Dedicated Hosting.
Gratis product must be of equal or lesser value than the least expensive product that has been purchased.
This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that TPP Internet may offer from time to time.

If you have a prepayment account, you will be refunded the sixth product and the refund will be deposited in your prepayment account. If you are an invoice customer, your April invoice will state a credit for the least expensive hosting product you purchased in April.

$200.00 Commission Back
Sign up any new customer for either Advanced Online Marketing or Premium Online Marketing during the month of April 2009 and you (the Reseller) will be paid a one off commission of $200.00 by the 14th June 2009. The commission payment will revert to $30.00 the following month.
In order to take advantage of this promotion, the full set-up of $199 has to be paid by the customer.
This commission of $30.00 will continue to be paid whilst your client remains as a customer of Hot Goanna. This $30.00 commission payment will cease to be paid upon cancellation of your customers Online Marketing Service. If your customer cancels their service prior to the 14th June 2009, no commission will be paid to you (the Reseller).
Double TRIP Points Promotion
- Resellers will receive double TRIP points between 1st May 2009 and 31st May 2009 on any purchases which generate TRIP points (Shared Web & Email Hosting, Domain name registrations and renewals, SSL certificates, and Broadband).
