Premium Domain Name ListingsSeller Terms and Conditions By submitting a domain name for sale using TPP Internet’s Premium Domain Name Listings service you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPP Internet from and against any claims made by any party pursuant to this listing and subsequent sale.For a domain name to be listed for sale using TPP Internet’s Premium Domain Name Listings service, the domain name must be registered with TPP Internet, and shown within your Online Management System client account. You may list any .au or gtLD (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info) domain name for sale, and may update or withdraw an existing listing at any time. If you wish to withdraw a domain listing, it is your responsibility to notify us of such withdrawal. We reserve the right to remove any listing should we determine it breaches any of the terms and conditions found on our Terms and Conditions page. Once you apply for a domain name to be listed for sale on the Premium Domain Name Listings service, an email will be sent to the current registrant requesting that they approve the listing. If they decline the listing, the domain name will not be listed. After the listing has been approved, the domain name will be listed for sale. Once a buyer agrees to purchase a listed domain name and provides the required legal ownership documentation and payment for the sale, the domain name will be removed from the Premium Domain Name Listings service. We will then process the application and send you the legal ownership documentation to complete; the current registrant must complete the documentation within 5 business days of receipt. Once the legal ownership documentation has been completed by both the current registrant and the buyer, we will process the application, complete the legal ownership change in the registry and provide payment to the seller via cheque or direct deposit within 14 business days. TPP Internet charges a fee of 15% of the listed sale price, plus a 2 year registration fee. The seller will receive 85% of the listed sale price. Buyer Terms and Conditions By purchasing a domain name using TPP Internet’s Premium Domain Name Listings service you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPP Internet from and against any claims made by any party pursuant to this purchase.The domain listing will only be removed from the Premium Domain Name Listings service after we have received the required legal ownership documentation and payment for the sale from you. Should two parties have intent to purchase the same domain name, the first party to submit the correctly completed legal ownership documentation and payment for the sale will be awarded the domain name. Should your application be successful you will be required to pay the full purchase price of the domain name, plus a 2 year registration fee. Once the documentation has been received, we will then send it to the seller for the current registrant to complete. The current registrant must complete this within 5 business days. Once received from the current registrant, we will process the application and complete the legal ownership change in the registry within 14 business days. TPP Internet accepts no liability for the withdrawal of a listing by the seller during the application process.
