Online Marketing - Hot Goanna Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENT between Hot Goanna Pty Ltd, Level 2, 67 Davenport Street, Southport 4215 in the State of Queensland, Australia, AND THE APPLICANT (applicant).

The applicant wishes to procure Online Marketing services from Hot Goanna.

This initial agreement is for a period of 90 days ("minimum term") except where otherwise agreed, and will continue until, either the applicant cancels the service onling via the online management system (OMS), advises in writing, or by email to info@hotgoanna.com.au that the services are no longer required.

Such notice will be conditional on all accounts being paid in full, otherwise this agreement and contract will continue from month to month. The applicant may cancel within the minimum term via the Online Management System (OMS) on payment of an early cancellation fee of $330 inclusive on GST.

When an applicant cancels their service after the minimum term has passed, no refunds will be provided for any outstanding days or Adspend that remains for the remaining part of the current monthly billing cycle. The monthly billing cycle starts on the 15th of every month.

When a landing page is ordered by the applicant, Hot Goanna will host the landing page, free of cost, on behalf of the applicant. Landing pages are only available in conjunction with the order of an Online Marketing service and remain the property of Hot Goanna. If the applicant has an existing domain name registered with TPP Internet and wants to use this domain as the name for the landing page, we will install URL forwarding from the applicants’ URL to the landing page at no cost. The landing page will be removed if the applicant cancels the Online Marketing service.

Instructions in relation to the operation of the Online Marketing services, from the applicant to Hot Goanna will be by way of email and no voice based permission system will form an amendment, alteration, direction or consent in any matter.

Hot Goanna will provide the web marketing services to the applicant on the basis of the agreed package, as displayed on the website www.hotgoanna.com.au. By continuing, the applicant, whose details form part of this application, agrees with these terms and the general conditions of use of any service offered by Hot Goanna.

I authorize my credit card to be debited with monthly Account Management Fees, and Advertising Costs each month (in advance). I authorize Hot Goanna to debit my credit card with such account charges and fees as are due and payable at that time, using this authority until revoked.

I / we acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
