  1. What operating systems are supported?

     We support Windows 2003 Server, Redhat Enterprise Linux V5 and Ubuntu Linux

  2. I already have a server, can I migrate it to the TPP Internet's solution?

     Yes. We are able to take an image of a currently operating server and install it into our Dedicated Hosting platform. This requires network access, and administrator privileges on the current server. The process takes under half a day to perform and preferably having frozen changes to the current system eg database alterations etc..

  3. Where will my dedicated server be?

     Our hosting infrastructure is located in the Fujitsu Data Centre in North Ryde Sydney. We have multiple internet carriers serving our platform for high performance connectivity.
