TRIP (TPP Rewards Incentive Program) Terms & Conditions

All resellers using one of our Pay As You Go programs that have an active client account with TPP Internet receive automatic membership to the TRIP program.

Products purchased through a resellers’ client account will accrue TRIP points on a ‘points per dollar spent’ basis. TPP Internet reserves the right to alter the points allocated per dollar spent for any product at any time without prior notification to resellers.

TRIP points will be accrued on a month to month basis and will be reset at the end of the month; TRIP points will not be carried over to the following month.

If a reseller reaches any one of the three preset TRIP points thresholds (as shown below, correct as of June 1 2007), then the reseller will be entitled to a credit that will be automatically applied to their reseller account at the start of the following month.

The credit applied to a resellers’ client account at the start of the following month is equal to the percentage credit (applicable to the TRIP points threshold reached) multiplied by their total spend (in dollars) for that month.

Any credits accrued will be applied to a resellers’ client account within the first 14 business days of the month following the month in which the TRIP points threshold was reached.

TRIP points cannot be redeemed for cash, and will only be payable in the form of a credit to the resellers prepayment account.

TPP Internet reserves the right to change the TRIP discount percentages at any time without prior notification to resellers.

Credits applied at the end of the month will remain valid for a period of 12 months. After this time TPP Internet reserves the right to cancel unused credits.

The points accumulated and credits earned will be displayed on the resellers account statement (available to download from the TPP Internet Online Management System) at the start of the following month.
